The Town of Medford requires building permits on

any project over $2,000.00.

To request a building permit email tmedfordc@tds.net and include the following information.
 

• Name of town resident requesting building permit

• Physical address of project

• Mailing address if different than project address

• Description and size of project

• Estimated cost

The clerk will email you the building permit which is good for one year.
