The Town of Medford requires a building permit for any project that increases the square footage of an existing structure or involves constructing a new out building. Routine home maintenance—such as replacing a roof, siding, or windows—does not require a permit.

The clerk will email you the building permit which is good for one year. A payment of $75.00 is required.
